The fastest way to find new wines you'll like! Learn to taste and compare the Terrific 10 famous global grapes.
Course Goals
Super efficiency. In only two weeknight evenings:
1. Learn the "personalities" of the world's most popular wine grapes
2. Recognize wines you'll like in restaurants, grocery stores, andwine shops
3. Train your tongue step-by-step to recognize the "building block" characteristics of white and red wines
4. Practice easy, non-pretentious vocabulary to describe your favorite wine styles

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Wine beginners or those with some experience for whom time is tight, but who want to understand wine fundamentals and expand their list of favorite wines.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS A CLASS? Don't worry if you have to miss a class, you're welcome to attend in any future session free of charge, provided space is available.
