This basic wine seminar is a professional introductory course designed for individuals who desire to learn about wine or enhancing their knowledge. The focus is to develop a basic knowledge of wine, wine evaluation, and developing wine description evaluation skills.
This course will includes following sections:

Wine Countries & Regions
Reading the Label
Bottles, Glasses, Accessoires
Aging, Temperature, Faults
Wine Tasting
Matching wine and food
Serving a bottle of wine
How to buy and store wine
Wine Degustation
General Objective
At the end of the course, participants will aquire important basic knowledge about wines
