Service Staff Training course

Becoming a professional server can take years of practice. This server course will teach you all the essentials skills, techniques and knowledge needed to become a professional server. If you want to become a great Server and work in fine dining restaurants you will need to learn how the hospitality industry really works and starting the profession from scratch.

General Objective
At the end of the course, participants will acquire the classical professional skills and provide excellent table service, unforgettable Customer Service and will be able to work in any level of restaurants operations.
