Day two Course

This course includes important topics which will provide you the essential acknowledge about Rules, Tecniques and Products an indispensal step before you will be able to welcome and serve guests indipedently and in a professional way.

The Intermediare course includes the following Topics:

  • Equipment and Utensils

  • The Staff Positions Chart

  • The  3 Spheres of activity

  • Preparation Procedures

  • Setup and reset tables

  • Carrying Plates & Trays

General ojective
By the end of this course, participants will have acquired professional competence to fit within all F&B operations.
