Day five Course

The following course will provide partecipants the crucials skills and tecniques and finally be able to approach the guests's tables and act like a professional. After this course partecipants have aquired the professional abilities to indipendently work as Server in any F&B Operation.

Course includes the following Topics

  • Food Terminolgies

  • Working at Guest Table

  • Banquets and Events

  • Payement sequences

  • Written Test

General objective
At the end of the course, participants will have thorough abilities of food and beverage Operations and will be able to work indipendently in any type of restaurant.
