Certificate Programs description Costs


Every Course will be leaded with a minimum of 2 Partecipants up to a Maximal of 10
  

  • The Hospitality Course Certificate start from Monday to Thusday* from 9:30am to 4:30pm

  • The Fee fo every Every single Course is $250

  • The Written Test $50

  • Full Service Course Fee $950

Learning Structure
The Certificate Program courses proposed, work in a sequential building process, meaning you will need to complete and pass each course before attempting the next course.

Having a printed certificate indicating you passed the course lets restaurant management know that you have some understanding of how the operation works and about the position - usually they have to assume this. This is important, especially when they are hiring someone. It shows initiative on your part. It also gives you the knowledge and confidence in answering questions during an interview.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
At the end of the course, participants will have a thorough understanding of Food and Beverage Operations and apply concepts and techniques as outlined within the specific objectives (competencies).
